have tried to load the Net gear drivers to all the computers in this floor (around 23 computers). All freeze and lockup. So, we removed the Net gear drivers. In the installation manual of my NetGear wireless card it is explicitely said, that you have to install the network drivers _before_ you install the card.

Server 2003 - Netgear Drivers
Besides tons of hardware bugs, DEC really screwed up the driver architecture for their drivers. (I know, I've seen it). Go with 3COM or Intel instead. You'll get much better stability and performance. Are you sure, they seem OK now that I have installed the drivers. They probably are just fine.
